As a member of the Commerce, Partnerships & Products team:
As Project Manager at ViacomCBS you are in charge of the project management of key brand and commercial priorities with a focus on local productions and campaigns. You will be responsible for organizing, preparing, planning, finalizing and evaluating all activities that are part of great projects such as The Comedy Central Roast of…, Ex On The Beach Double Dutch, MTV Push, Glory, Nickelodeon Family Festival, Creator Camp and many more great projects. You will work across all our brands (Comedy Central, Spike, MTV and Nickelodeon) and will also work on the execution of commercial projects.
In addition, you are pro-actively coaching and motivating everyone participating in the project: production teams, marketeers, social media managers, talent managers, commercial stakeholders, PR, programming, research colleagues and more. This role offers a great opportunity to oversee the full cycle of content production, distribution, monetization and marketing.
The main objective for the project manager is the efficient realization of the project deliverables within the agreed time and budgets. Responsibilities and activities can be divided into 4 area’s:
Project Definition: together with your internal leads, define and articulate the scope of the project and strategic fit.
Project plan: define deliverables, teams and roles and responsibilities.
Execution & tracking: manage the execution process and track progress vs agreed timelines, budgets and kpi’s.
Evaluate: report results and capture learnings.
You will work closely together with one other project manager with whom you’ll divide projects and workload and will report into the Commercial Director. Day-to-day you will collaborate with a broad number of colleagues involved in the projects you will manage.
That’s why we want you to have:
Experience in project management (marketing/commercial/media/production related experience preferred).
Strong organizational skills in time & process management, structured way of working with a clear overview on the status of deliverables, timelines and risks, good problem solving and adaptability skills.
Proactive team player, decisive and flexible.
Reporting skills & project management methodologies: quick and efficient skills to generate status reports and provide updates (with inputs from the team members).
People skills: (indirect) leadership, clear communications skills, empathy, motivating .
Personality: strong and self-confident personality, energetic, fun and positive mentality.
At least a completed HBO education and 5 years of relevant experience.
Fluency in English (verbal and written). Knowlegde of Dutch is a plus.
